As a general rule, you can make minor changes to your front and back yard. These changes can include adding plants, mulch or small landscaping accents such as borders and pottery items.

Changes you cannot make include planting anything or placing any items on the grass areas in the front or the back. This would interfere with the landscapers mowing and fertilizing the common areas.

Any large changes such as painting, adding a railing, a porch or patio, or external awning must have an Architectural Review (AR) Request Form submitted to and approved by the HOA Council before any work is done,

Under no condition, can you attach anything to the outside of any building in the community.

If you are not sure if something is allowed, please submit an AR Request Form. It is your best insurance that you are complying with the rules of our community.
