As a general rule, the Clubhouse is available to homeowners in good standing, on a first come, first served basis.

If the date you want is available, you can reserve it by downloading the Reservation form and filling it out. Your completed CH Reservation Form & Security Deposit are to be returned to Shelia Green (93 Grand National Ln)

When completing your Reservation please note that the time that you schedule is to have the set-up & clean up time included.

**The homeowner is not permitted to go in prior to the Reserved time for any type of set up.

​

Effective May 2022 a "pre-event & post event inspection" will be conducted (with the homeowner & a CH committee member). This will serve to verify everything is clean and ready for you as well as verifying that everything is cleaned up and in good repair after your event.

​

If everything is in order after your event, the full security deposit will be returned to you.
